What You'll Need To Prepare


  • Video Walkthrough of the issue that's happening (OPTIONAL)
    (Using a tool like Screencast-o-matic record a quick walkthough so we can see the issue that's occurring)


What To Provide Us When Sending The Task


Task Type: Web Task or Automation Task (depending on what we need to troubleshoot)


Ensure your explanation, includes answers to the following:


  1. What is currently happening that SHOULD NOT happen?
    (eg. Currently these clients are being tagged as as "Customers" even though their payment failed)

  2. What Is Currently NOT Happening that SHOULD happen?
    (eg. What should happen is if a payment fails it tells them there was a failure and we don't deliver the product or tag them as a customer)

  3. How Can We Replicate The Issue Or See An Example Of The Issue?
    (eg. Attach a screenshot showing the problem on the webpage, give instructions via text or a video on how to duplicate the issue you experienced, or provide the contact name & email of the person who had the issue happen)
